Queen sized bed and full-sized pullout sofa with a memory foam mattress. Full kitchen includes microwave, Keurig with coffee pods and assorted teas, refrigerator, and stove. Cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils are provided. Well-lit bathroom features a newly remodeled walk-in shower. Secure Wi-Fi, television with Roku. New light fixtures and ceiling fan. The apt has its own NEW a/c and heating. There is plenty of space to park in the driveway. The right side is for the guests, and we park on the left. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood. Electric vehicles cannot be charged on property We live in the attached house, so we are readily available. The guest house is an apartment above our garage. We like to enjoy the yard and gardens when the weather is accommodating. We respond quickly to texts or calls should you need assistance or just want to join us for a beer in our screen room! . We are a rural get-a-way close to downtown, VCU Medical, capitol, museums, and the craft beer and restaurant scene. If you have your own car, I95, Loop 288, 150 (Chippingham), and 76 (Powhite Pkwy) are very conveniently accessed. Uber or Lyft are great options in the Richmond area as well. We are two miles from Swim RVA and under a mile to a major grocery store. A clean, well maintained laundry facility is across the street from the grocery store. If you are bringing your pet, please let us know in advance. We kindly ask that if you are leaving your dog unsupervised in the apartment, they must be crated. While pet friendly, all dogs must relieve themselves outdoors. Pee pads are not acceptable.
