Mid-Stay Cleaning: - Stays of 11-20 nights require a doubled cleaning fee. - Stays of 21-30 nights require a tripled cleaning fee. Pets: - Pets are welcome, except cats due to housekeeper allergies. Condo Registration & Amenity Fees: - Registration Fee: ₱250/person (ages 8+) collected should be paid upon booking prior to the check-in.
