Guests are responsible for any violation penalties or fines that are issued by the City law enforcement during their stay. The property is in a quiet residential area with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect our neighbors. - Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. NO loudspeaker or loud activities outside at any time. - NO visitors/other guests without our permission - NO Pets, NO Smoking of any kinds - ONLY 3 parking spaces is allowed on the premise. Please DO NOT block the sidewalks at anytime - Security cameras that are placed OUTSIDE the front & backyard of the property to protect our guests’ safety and the property. There are NO cameras inside the house for your privacy - Regular gardening maintenance is every MONDAY - Trash day is every TUESDAY - Street Sweeping is every FRIDAY, please do not park any vehicles on the street that day. Guests are responsible for their cars & tickets if any. - There is a hot tub in the backyard which is not a part of this listing and it is out of order. We have locked and secured the cover so please do not use or operate it at any time. - There is an area in the backyard that is previously used as a chicken coop. We have now cleaned and converted it into an open storage area which is separated by a brick wall from the property and is not accessible to guests. Please do not enter at any time.
