A large upstairs balcony is accessible from both upstairs bedrooms and the common area. It's complete with a large table and chairs for enjoying meals or just drinks with the unbelievable river breeze. A screened-in downstairs deck area is complete with a large dining table and chairs to enjoy evening meals, games, or watching tv outdoors! And with the fastest internet available (400 Mbps), you won't lose touch with the world... unless you want to! Watch manatee, dolphins, and the diverse fish life from our recently renovated dock with swim ladder, kayaks, and fishing gear for your enjoyment. Bring your own paddle boards or boat (up to 30 feet)! Or just enjoy each evening fishing while the sun sets with rockets launching over the Space Coast. You won't believe your eyes!
