"Garden Apt" on Silver Sands Beach

Garden is a one bedroom, self contained apartment. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a double pull out couch which can sleep up to 2 additional persons, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and two outdoor terrace areas, right on Silver Sands Beach, about 20 meters off the water, with lovely ocean views. A charge of $ US 30 p. pers. + night + cleaning fee will apply for a beyond 2 persons occupancy which also can ONLY be granted by Inchcape's management. The space It has one bedroom, living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom which can be accessed from a corridor and is therefore suited to accommodate up to two additional persons on it's sleeping couch in the living room. Two outdoor terrace areas allow from outdoor breakfast and lunch to romantic alfresco dining under the stars and also provide for wonderful views of the ocean and Silver Sands' reef. Garden comes fully equipped with satellite T.V., 70 + channels, stereo system, Local cell phone (prepaid) provided ($ US 50 deposit) and complementary wireless internet access. Our property manager is available to assist you with any requests. Laundry service is offered by our maids on property at a small cost. Guest access The Garden Apartment has its' own private terrace areas, parking is available on the property and a private gate leads to the beach, which is just a few steps away. Everybody staying at the Garden Apartment has also access to the common ocean front and tropical garden area of the Inchcape Seaside Villas, with it's lounge chairs, day beds and hammocks. Other things to note Unfortunately no pets, no animals of any kind and also no service animals can be hosted at the Inchcape Seaside Villas. This is due to the fact that the property is a home share property as well as the fact that at the Inchcape Seaside Villas, we have staff members who have animal allergies and who are Asthmatic. Getting there We will gladly provide driving directions on request, but we do recommend to use the personalized airport pick up service we offer to organize for all our guests for not much more than a regular taxi ride would cost. The usage of this service guarantees a smooth and stress free arrival at our property. Please also note that we need the flight info, airline, flight no. and arrival time, from all our guests, to be able to provide for a proper welcome procedure at our property. Absolutely outstanding are the amenities our guests can take advantage of. We have a very fast WIFI in all units and on the property. 70 plus TV channels offer a wide selection of international programs of all kinds. This just to mention some of the many features a stay at the Inchcape villas comes with. The cleaning service which comes automatically with this 1 bedroom apartment is a brief hotel type cleaning service and changing of towels (and sheets on request) every three days. Laundry service: Washing and drying can be arranged for an extra charge / see our in house brochure. Additional services can be arranged, but always and only on request and depending on availability of a qualified member of our work force. Any additional hotel type cleaning for a fee of $ US 20 per cleaning and a maid / cook service at an extra charge of $ US 50 per day can be arranged for. In the event of an unforeseeable situation to have to relocated a guest, we reserve the right to provide another equal accommodation or a free upgrade to a higher priced accommodation category.
