“Island Dreamin’” is a large ocean front single family luxury home that boasts amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The space One of the top features in this exquisite 4,000 square foot luxury home is the amazing ocean views from the expansive oceanfront deck. Whether you are relaxing in the living room or sunning on the deck, you will be surrounded with panoramic views and memories of the days you spent of “Island Dreamin’”. The foyer gently guides you to the main living level of the home, a massive open concept area with stunning ocean views. At the top of the stairs, you are immediately thrust into endless ocean views as you are met with walls of sliding glass doors and high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams that give a very open and welcoming feel to the living space. A wonderful gathering space for families, the heart of this home is furnished with a large dining table, additional bar stool seating and a comfortable sofa that overlooks the ocean front deck. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a sizable pantry which is convenient for storing your groceries. Just off the main living area is a hall with two sets of bunk beds and flat screen tv which leads into the primary bedroom with a king bed. The on-suite primary bathroom boasts a large soaker tub and walk in shower stall. The bunk room and primary suite can be accessed separately for privacy. Just past the stairs is the first of two laundry rooms and a half bath that services the main living area. The hallway runs the length of the house and gives access to a queen guest room with private bathroom and walk in shower, a guest room with full size bed, and a delightful queen guest room with flat screen tv, skylights, and private bathroom. There is a full bath at the end of the hall that serves the guest rooms on this level. At the end of the hall to the left you will find another king suite with a large walk-in closet, private bathroom and access to a deck that is shared with the neighboring bunk room. The bunk room has a bunk bed that is a full-size bed over another full bed. There is another washer/dryer set at the foot of the stairs leading to the second floor of this home. The top floor opens to another full kitchen with granite counter tops and an additional living area with a large flat screen TV. This versatile space is wonderful for accommodating large families and ensures there is space for everyone to spread out, relax, or gather together. A picture window reveals sweeping ocean views from the living room and the deck overlooks South Lumina and the Intracoastal Waterway. This is a great spot for enjoying private sunset dinners over the waterway or sipping your morning coffee. Occupancy: 18. Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday rental in Summer. Minimum of 4 night stay other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 3 Bunk Beds (twin over twin), 1 Full Bunk Bed (full over full). Parking: Parking for 7 cars under house and can accommodate 8 vehicles total. Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on Airbnb and must be paid separately to the host. Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16. Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Items provided for this home include conveniences such as custom pump hand soaps and lotions for each bathroom, custom shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each shower, liquid dish soap and hand lotion in the kitchen, Glad trash bags, Tide pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, as well as an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and two rolls of paper towels for the kitchen. All soaps and lotions are fragrance free, cruelty-free, paraben and sulfate free, and 100% vegan. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). Established in 1952, we’re a locally licensed North Carolina team proudly trusted by property owners to manage this rental home. • Who We Rent To Our homes are rented to responsible adults 25 and older, as well as family groups. The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive. The travel insurance cost and option will be on your emailed rental agreement. • Cancellation Policy o Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. o Cancel 31+ days before arrival: full refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel within 15 days of arrival: no refund. If we’re able to re rent the property, an additional refund may apply (excluding non refundable fees and travel insurance). • Pet Policy Dogs are welcome! We’ve got your bed linens and bath towels covered. However, we don’t supply toiletries, soaps, paper products, trash bags, or similar items— aside from a few upgraded starter essentials.
