Built in 1914, this 2000 Sq. Ft. historic house has been completely remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms and zoned heating and cooling. The 2nd-floor laundry room is available for guest usage. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor, two of which have their own TVs. The master suite has its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi, separate shower, dual sink basin and king bed. The basement suite has its own full bathroom and full bed. The space The 1st floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances and an island with a range hood. Natural light floods the first floor from the large windows. French doors let out onto the large deck which over looks the rear off street parking. The 1st floor has its own half bath and a 3rd TV in the living room area. Dinning room area has a 10 person dinning table. Check-in time is 3p but can be flexible upon request depending on the chech-out time of the previous guest. Check-out time is 11AM but can be extended depending on the check-in time of the next guest. There is a coded lock on the front door with code to be provided day of check-in. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house including the backyard. Other things to note I really value you as my guest.
