This beachfront property offers an amazing view of Hood Canal. The house is newly decorated with cozy bedrooms, two living areas, a covered deck and a big patio with a hot tub! Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck while looking at serene blue water. The property has access to 100 ft. of beach access or BBQ under a gazebo. Enjoy a glass of wine and s'mores around a fire pit and gaze the stars. We also offer 3 kayaks for you to enjoy when the current is calm. The space The main home is a 1900 sq. ft home with 3BR/2BTH. There is an additional 4th BR/Studio with its own bathroom right above the garage (note: garage is detached from main house with its own entrance). The additional space is 432 sq. ft of additional sleeping space. There are 5 full/queen beds along with 3 single pull out beds and additional sleeper sofa so there is plenty of sleeping space to accommodate a party of 10 comfortably. 10-person dining table. 2 separate outdoor eating area (1 in the backyard and 1 by the water). 2 separate firepit (1 in the backyard and 1 by the water). Guest access • Entire house with amenities including fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer • Gas fireplace • Wood fireplace is not functional • Patio with a BBQ grill • Hot tub • 2 private fire pits • Beach access • 3 kayaks • Gazebo with chairs and bench • 4 parking spots • Outdoor shower next to hot tub (cold water only) • outdoor fish cleaning table Other things to note -The pathway between the backyard and stairs to the beach is the driveway to our neighbor’s property on the right. This pathway must remain clear at all times. -DO NOT trespass onto the neighbors' property line. at the beach you must remain within our property line which is from the yellow canoe on the left to the shed with 3 kayaks on on the right. -Complimentary coffee, tea, and household essentials. -Air Conditioning: please note air conditioning is a mini split and only exists in the main living space of the upstairs level in the main house. (There is a portal AC for the additional space above the garage during summer months). -Please follow all safety pre-cautions before operating any of the equipment on property or prior to engaging in any water related activities. You are responsible for you and your party’s safety and well being during your entire stay. -Complimentary life jackets and beach games are in the storage bin next to the shed by the beach. -All locked storage units are not for guest use, please do not open. -During winter months (Nov - Feb), there is risk of unpredictable inclement weather that can cause frequent power outage. The home is on a well system so water and power will not be available during an outage. We will do our best to monitor and notify any group planning a stay with us during this time, but there is no guarantee that your stay will be without inconvenience. -Security Cameras: We have a total of 4 security cameras (3) are in the front monitoring our parking space and the shared driveway (1) is in the back monitoring the weather and condition on the beach. All 4 are there for the security of our property and safety of our guests. During the winter months trees could fall or windy conditions can cause other damages to the home so we need to be able to monitor the home closely. Cameras have been carefully placed away from the primary gathering areas to ensure guests privacy while still securing our property.
