Our newly renovated modern ranch style home features high-end finishes throughout. It’s 7 miles to the airport (CMH), and just minutes off I-70 and near Bexley. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this urban residential neighborhood. The home is full of premium amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, and barbeque grill. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with loved ones, and is only a 7 mile drive away from all the action in downtown Columbus. OSU -8.6 mi Children’s Hospital -4.8 mi The space The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a desk for work and the second bedroom has a full size bed. The king bedroom has an in-suite bath room, electric fireplace to cuddle up by, and extra seating. The kitchen, as well as the rest of the home is newly remodeled and it is fully equipped, and stocked with cooking essentials for our guests to make gourmet meals during their stays. There is even a charcoal grill located on our back deck for the grill master in your party! The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the provided reading materials or board games. Ceiling fans and televisions are in all of the bedrooms as well as the living room. There is a large washing machine and dryer in the unfinished basement for guests to use if needed. Step outside from the king bedroom onto the large entertaining deck where you’ll find a brand new top of the line 5-person, Hydropool Self-Cleaning hot tub. You will also find a patio sectional, charcoal grill, and a firepit for roasting marshmallows while staying warm on cold nights. If you want to have some fun in the expansive backyard, take a swing on our outdoor games; cornhole and a foldaway putting green. This home is truly the perfect getaway for a family vacation, girls night, or a romantic night with your partner! Our home is located in an established urban neighborhood on the eastside of Columbus. Being close to I-70 means this home is easily accessible to downtown and several diverse and historic neighborhoods in the city. To the northwest you will find Capital University and the city of Bexley. Visit Franklin Park Conservatory, Drexel Theater, or one of the many restaurants or ice cream or coffee shops. Before heading to downtown venture into the culturally rich areas of Columbus like the King-Lincoln District. Don’t miss the Martin Luther King Jr. Performing and Cultural Arts Complex. Want to get physical, visit Wolfe Park for a game of tennis. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. For the convenience of our guests, we use a smart-lock system which allows for easy, no-contact check-in. The property has a driveway which can accommodate 3 to 4 large vehicles. Other things to note Walmart, Aldi, and Kroger are all within 2-3 miles. There’s also a CVS and Walgreens just 4 minutes away.
