The villa consists of two self-contained apartments that can be rented together as one vacation home. This makes Villa Holgenbach particularly suitable for two families, multiple generations or friends who want to spend their vacation together, but who also value privacy and having their own space. Villa Holgenbach will be completely renovated in 2024-2025 to become an energy-efficient home (A+). Among other things, the house features triple glazing, high-quality insulation of the walls and the roof to protect against both heat and cold, a heat pump, solar panels, new radiators and electrically operated roller shutters. As a result, the villa offers a high level of comfort in every season. At the same time, the outdoor areas have been further enhanced with an attractive canopy on the large terrace of the penthouse and a spacious balcony at the ground-floor apartment. Staying together, with space for privacy Penthouse Holgenbach is located on the top floor, and Apartment Holgenbach is on the ground floor. Both have their own living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and outdoor space. This way, you can go on vacation together and at the same time enjoy the tranquility and privacy of two separate apartments. The penthouse is the more spacious of the two and is a wonderful place for the whole group to gather. The spacious living room with wood-burning stove, the roomy dining area and the separate dining room offer plenty of space to eat and relax together. You can also enjoy spending time together outside at the large dining table on the spacious terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Layout of the villa Penthouse Holgenbach has two bedrooms: one spacious bedroom with a large double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed. In addition, you will find a spacious living room with a large wood-burning stove and sofa bed, a roomy dining area, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. The large terrace of approximately 90 m² offers several seating, dining, and relaxation areas, a Weber barbecue, and a trampoline. Apartment Holgenbach has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet. From the eat-in kitchen, you can walk straight out onto the spacious balcony/terrace with a dining table, comfortable seating, and a Weber grill. When Villa Holgenbach is rented as a whole, a maximum of 8 adults per stay applies for your comfort.
