This home offers a beautiful primary suite w/ full bathroom upstairs & two additional bedrooms & another full bathroom downstairs, making it ideal for families traveling together. The space The Campus Craftsman is a well maintained campus area craftsman bungalow full of unique artwork & personal touches throughout, creating a warm, welcoming, homey feel. The ground floor has a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living room with plenty of seating and large smart TV, full bathroom with tub/shower & two bedrooms (1 queen & 1 double bed). The upstairs is a fabulous, private primary suite with a king size bed, adorable window bench perfect for rainy day reading that can also be used as a twin sized bed (best suited for kids) & a full bathroom with luxury walk-in shower. Out of consideration for guests who may have allergies we do not allow pets in the home and provide all natural soaps for our guests to use. We are happy to host stays up to four months long! Contact us for more details. Professional cleaning is available during your stay at an hourly rate. Guest access Guests will have access to the home, yard and shared driveway. There is another Airbnb (studio apartment) at the rear of the home, but they have their own private, separate entrance and you will most likely not ever see the other guests. Other things to note Must be 25 years or older to book. There are a few stairs that lead up to the front porch/entrance of the home. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located on the main floor, and the master suite is located up a short staircase. There is another Airbnb in an attached studio apartment at the rear of the house. They have their own entrance and you will probably never see them. Only the driveway is shared. Please be respectful of their privacy. The backyard and covered patio at the back of the house is for the studio guests only. For stays 28 nights long or longer mid-stay cleanings by one of our professional cleaning staff are available at an hourly rate.
