Enter into the light-filled apartment and immediately notice the tall ceilings and charming decor. Now-decorative fireplaces anchor each space and are complimented with modern conveniences like wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper. Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining area, its table comfortably seating six. Just beyond, the well-equipped kitchen with two more bar stools at the island. Expect every essential you'd need to whip up a meal, including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The primary bedroom offers a generous walk-in closet that connects the to an en suite bath with large standing shower. On the South end of the apartment facing Wright Square, the other two bedrooms mirror each-other. Both boast with light filled rooms, and come equipped with flat screen TVs and ample storage space. These two bedrooms share a full bath down the hall with a clawfoot tub / shower combination. There is one designated parking space available for this home. Parking for additional guests in your party can be found on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Most guests will park their car in either a city- or privately-owned parking garage and pay a flat daily rate for the remainder of their stay.
