Pool, Air conditioning, BBQ The space Chalet "Bougainville" awaits you in a quiet location, in a small urbanization just 30 minutes from the airport. In a few minutes by car, you are at the kilometer-long natural beach "Es Trenc," which is ideal for families with its gently sloping beach. A walk down to the coast takes only about 12 minutes. There you will find 7 restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop and 3 small supermarkets directly on the sea along the picturesque village of Sa Rapita. In the house, on the ground floor, you will find a spacious, open-plan kitchen with everything you need. You can prepare your coffee fresh in the fully automatic coffee machine or a continuous-flow machine. A sofa corner with a smart TV (German channels via satellite) and a dining area complete the spacious room. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom and a shower room, separated from the rest of the area by a small hallway. On the upper floor, you will find a large and a small bedroom (the smaller one with a pull-out bed, 2 sleeping areas 80 x 190 cm) that share a shower room, as well as another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. All bedrooms have built-in closets. Of course, we provide you with the bed linens and towels (1 shower towel, 1 hand towel and 1 pool towel per person). In the large outdoor area, you will find a private pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a lounge area, as well as a charcoal grill and a covered dining area. You can park your car right in front of the house or on the property under the canopy in the shade. The property is completely fenced, so you are also welcome to bring your dog! For the safety of your young children, we can set up a pool fence for you. We will gladly provide you with a ping-pong table including paddles and balls! For guests who arrive late at night or without a car, we offer a shopping service and are happy to get everything needed for the first evening and/or morning. We charge €30 for this plus the purchase value. IMPORTANT: In order to coordinate the check-in, we need the flight number at least 1 week before arrival! Other things to note The eco tax is not included and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
