Overlooking the woods of Acadia National Park in the residential village of Seal Harbor, this house is a 10 minute walk to the beach and village green where you can swim or rent kayaks or bicycles. It is 1 mile from the carriage roads and hikes in the park. Follow the road to the Jordan Pond House, a famous restaurant serving tea and popovers overlooking Jordan Pond. It is a 15 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. It is the ideal spot to enjoy all of Mount Desert Island. The space Built in 1910, this house has beautiful wood floors and trim, with the expected character and wear and tear that comes with an older house. The house has new mattresses, linens, rugs, and curtains. Some of the wall paper and panelling is outdated but it is fully functional!
