Tranquility By YVR Airport 空港静舍 with licence

My house is less than 15-minute drive away from Vancouver International Airport. It's located on a no-through side street in a safe neighborhood of Richmond. The guest bedroom is 10*10 square feet in size with a queen-size bed and an updated private full bathroom. I also have a part-time job. As a B&B host, no matter how busy I am, guest experience is always my #1 priority. I speak English and Mandarin. The suite is licensed through municipal government. The space Single house Guest access Guests could use the full private bathroom. There is a fridgeµwave for the suite.The main kitchen is not shared with guests because of COVID-19. During your stay I like socializing with guests. I like to answer questions through messages. Other things to note 1. No illegal items. No smoking , No party, No pets at the suite. 2. Change your shoes before entering the bedroom & Keep the suite clean. 3. Garbage classification (pls see self-checkin instructions). 4. Turn on exhaust fan （first button)before you take a shower until water vapour in the bathroom disappears. 5. Pls open the window after getting up if the weather permits. 6.I don’t share the kitchen with you now because of Covid-19, but you could use microwave. Many thanks for cooperation!
