Newer built condo complex featuring the Alaskan charm and feel with a view of the surrounding mountains. The space 3rd floor condo located in the secured building on a quite street. Lots of outside parking next to the building. Featuring 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds; and a pull out couch; 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs; full kitchen with all amenities; hot tub and nice spacious space in the garage to dry your gear. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo. Other things to note This is a quiet building: quiet hours to be observed after 9pm and until 8am. no pets and absolutely no parties. Hot tub availability subject to maintenance; occasional closures possible. No compensation for closures. We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us.
