We purchased our home in June of 2020 with only a short time to fully furnish and decorate in order to invite guests for the summer season. We were pleased to be able to have guest rentals in June, July, August, and September 2020. We have made several improvements for the 2021 season including central air conditioning in the lower living area, new water sport items (kayaks, paddle-boards, two-person raft), and additional outdoor seating. This beach cottage has all you need for a relaxing get-away. Our cottage is just a short drive to Newport, Rhode Island with many attractions and restaurants to visit nearby. The property is located on the water, however, this is not a sandy beach. There are many beautiful sandy beaches in Newport that are only 25 min drive away.
