It has not been a problem for any guest so far (over 200 stays) but we just don't want anyone to be surprised. Ocean views, beach gear and proximity to the beach are just the beginning with this spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath condo. Guest access This unit has a single step to enter the Condo and no stairs inside the condo. There is also an outdoor shower directly outside the Condo that is plenty wide for a wheelchair. Not officially ADA compliant but close. Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note - This unit is called a LOFT because the BEDROOM has a LOW CEILING (7ft). We provide everything you need to enjoy San Clemente at no charge: Bikes and helmets, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Umbrella, a wagon, a cooler, beach paddleball, and even yoga mats. - Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. - Strict quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. - This condo is in a fully-soundproofed 6-unit building with all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom and we also have a studio. Let us know if you need multiple units and we will try to give you adjacent units. This condo #5 of 6 - Pets can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 40lbs. A Pet fee of $20/night will apply for an approved pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site and San Clemente is pet-friendly :) - The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. After three guests, additional guests will be charged at a rate of $25/person per night.
