You can't rent anything closer to the beach! Located in "J-Section," as close to Playa Guiones as you can get. (Houses are not allowed any closer than this!) The villa is borders the beachside nature reserve, on a quiet beach road. The property is a: - 6 min walk to The Harmony Hotel (great yoga, restaurant, coffee / juice bar, spa etc), - 5 minute walk to great shops and surf schools near the main entrance to the beach, - 10 min walk to Olo Alaia, the best surf shop, coffee and beer in town And as close to the waves as you can get. In other words, a great location. Parking for 3 cars available on site. Most of the best restaurants, shops and activities are a short (under 15 min) walk away, but there are also tuk tuks (i.e., cheap 3-wheel taxis), car rental agencies, van services, and bike rental shops etc for other ways around or to get to places further afield. Please note: - there are no laundry facilities on premises for guests, but there are local laundry services available. - check-ins after 7 pm are subject to a late fee. - we do not provide yoga props; please bring your own. - unfortunately petty theft can happen in Nosara (especially around sunset/dinnertime).
