Private guest casita with views of southern Utah red rocks and beautiful Pine Valley. This is a newer space and has earned 5-star reviews! It’s a 30 minute drive to Zion National Park, 10 minutes to Sand Hollow State park and 20 minutes to St. George. There is separate parking and private entrance. It is super clean, open concept living/kitchen, spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, large bathroom with a brand new washer/dryer. A perfect place to call home while you adventure in So. Utah! The space After a walk up an exterior staircase you will enter into the beautiful open kitchen (supplied with anything you should need), dining table to seat four, living room with a TV (Netflix and Disney+ access) and futon couch. To the right you will find a locked storage room. Just past that is a spacious bathroom with beautiful tile work and a stand up shower. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. On the east end of the casita is the bedroom with extra linens and a very comfortable queen bed, there is also a very comfortable queen air mattress provided for extra guests to use. Enjoy the picture windows and take in the amazing landscape this valley has to offer. We have tried to think of everything when furnishing and stocking this space and make slight changes based on guests feedback. It is quiet, clean, comfortable, and was just recently built so all the finishes are up to date and stylish. We would love to have you chose our Scenic Stay at Sycamore Lane!
