We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully. If you are looking for the “WOW” factor, you have found your vacation home. Enjoy your next vacation in style at this brand newly built, coastal canal home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and all of the amenities and a prime location. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a beautiful white marble floor and a pristine open floor plan with soft gray walls and gorgeous lighting. To the right of the hall, off of the entrance-way is a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. To the left of the hallway is another matching queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. As you go down the hall, you will be greeted by an open living space that includes a sparkling kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, a granite island and a comfortable eating area that seats 6. There are sliding doors that open up to a balcony that has more seating and an outdoor mounted TV for evening relaxation. You may not want to use the TV, as your views are spectacular of the canal and the pool. As you head up to the next level, there is a full size washer and dryer on the left and a set of twin beds in the bedroom to the right of the hallway. The twin bedroom and the King bedroom at the end of the hall share an over-sized bathroom that has a large walk in shower. The King bedroom at the end has doors that lead out to a balcony with seating to have some solitude, read a book or just enjoy some quiet time. To the left of the hallway is an over-sized master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and doors that lead out to the adjoining balcony. We have saved the best for last……The pool area, complete with a bar, 2 mounted outdoor TV’s, plenty of comfortable furniture and stools in the pool. Cabana boy- NOT included!! A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian. DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED
