House comes with 6 kayaks, 2 canoes,4 paddle boards, 8 bicycles! Rates may not calculate correctly so please contact me if interested in discount pricing for longer monthly stays! Guest access Guest will have access to everything in this cottage! Our kitchen is small but well equipped with everything you should need, even down to the spices! A gas grill is also provided. All linens, towels, and extra blankets are provided. We get nice breezes on the river but we do provide small bedroom fans if ever needed and there are 5 ceiling fans in the house! Guests are welcome to use our kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and our bikes. There is a large shed on the property for kayak and canoe paddles, life jackets, etc. Shed has a port-a-crib, high chair and child cot. Shed also has a variety of toys and yard games! We have corn hole, jam can, spike-ball, bocce ball, croquet set, horseshoes, etc. for yard games. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. Kathy's "she shed" is yours to share! Other things to note Many folks ask if the river is clean enough for swimming. The answer is yes, right in front of this house! We even have our own little (about 15 feet wide) beach area! Lots of guests bring rubber tub floats to use on the river. Tied to anchors, folks will float for hours, chatting with friendly boat traffickers passing by. Many of our vacationers love to head to nearby ocean beaches, between 5 and 15 minutes away by car! Narragansett Pier ocean is the top beaches in the state.Boston Globe labeled it the "best beach in New England"!!There are fees for the beaches but we have tips and suggestions for our renters.
