Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Maple Valley. This small but functional suite is a brand new addition to the house with a separate entry and complete privacy. Newly built kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with queen size bed, smart TV, and walk-in closet. Enjoy morning coffee watching hummingbirds or an evening glass of wine on your illuminated patio. Enjoy forest living while being close to Maple Valley, I-90, and many hiking/biking trails and outdoor activities. The space The property is on the septic, we installed Eco Grindinding Toilet, it makes a funny noice. Guest access Our studio is on the back of the garage. Look for a yellow fence with a hummingbird sign on the gate. There is a key box on the door. I'll send you a code prior to your arrival. Other things to note We are pet friendly but the place is small and is suitable for one small/medium dog only. We have a $30 pet fee. Please ask if you have more questions.
