Altus & Altus AFB are west 30 min The space Texoma Ranch home offers 5 acres of outdoor space. There is a large two car garage on one side of the home and a one car on the other. In front, you enjoy a dramatic view of the Wichita Mountains. The front lawn includes a very large circular drive and parking a few cars on the grass is ok. Your group will have plenty of room for parking. You have access to the garage's if you part of your group needs to park inside. On the backside of the home, you will enjoy the large covered porch / sitting area with picnic tables. Also, we have a gas grill set up for your use as well. Inside, there is a huge dining, family game and gathering area. Tables are available to sit your entire party together. The new gourmet kitchen offers a bar area with 3 seats, a huge island, modern first class appliances, and most utensils, pots, pans, baking, and counter top appliances you could possibly need. An expansive living area joins a loft area offering a great space for conversations, watching movies or sports together, and otherwise enjoying family time. A utility room with washer / dryer is available between the main home and the in-law suite. The in-law suite and main house share indoor access through the utility room. There is an in-law suite with two queen beds, in-suite bathroom, a small kitchen table, and full kitchen is included in your stay. The smaller garage connects direct to this area. The loft area has a TV for gamiing and couch. There is a down stairs master suite with in-suite full bathroom. Upstairs are four more bedrooms. One bedroom has a small work station set up for your party. There is a full bath on the upstairs level as well. Guest access You will have access to the entire 5 acres except for a few locked owners closets. Other things to note Our home offers a secluded ranch style family / group gathering place. If you are looking for city life, this is NOT it. No weddings or large gatherings allowed without approval You are about 15 minutes to the WalMart Super Center. You will want to plan on a big grocery run and to enjoy a true close nit family time!
