My deer House

Time out at the beautiful Wörthsee in the 5 lakes region at the gates of Munich. This unique holiday home in the middle of nature was lovingly renovated in 2022 according to the latest standards. Surrounded by meadows and the edge of the forest, we can call approx. 40 deer our closest neighbours. 3,000 square metres of fenced private park, protected by trees and hedges, are at your exclusive disposal. The picturesque Wörthsee is only 10 minutes away by bike. Munich can be reached in 45 minutes. The space The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2022. With approx. 60 sqm of living space, it offers room for max. 5 guests. It comprises an open living, kitchen and dining area with sofa bed and pellet stove, 2 bedrooms each with a 1.60m wide double bed as well as a bathroom in modern design, new kitchen equipped with high-quality kitchen utensils and brand appliances (dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, Nespresso Machine, etc.), partly underfloor heating, several seating areas in the garden, covered terrace as well as fire bowl with barbecue grill. Four new bikes are available for free. Guest access The private park with old trees borders a private deer enclosure to the west, a fenced fish pond surrounded by trees to the north and the edge of the forest to the south. This property is not only a holiday paradise for children, where they can discover the large grounds anew every day. Adults can also relax in this quiet place and forget the stress of everyday life far away from the hustle and bustle. Wake up in the morning and watch the deer grazing from your bed 8 metres away.
