We also own a place at Indian Rock Beach, giving you free parking, with an ice cream shop on the walk to the beach. Garage available by request. Full refund 30+ days prior The space The house is light and bright in the living room which is open to the kitchen and dining area. We decorated it to be warm and inviting with light colors and cool blues. The kitchen is simple and furnished with all the utensils and dinnerware needed. Sorry there's no dishwasher, but its not bad for a short stay. We also start each guest off with all linens, soaps, shampoos, TP and paper towels. The back lanai is covered and screened with seating for everyone. The back yard is private and fenced for pets with no visible neighbors to the rear. Nothing too fancy, just a simple home for a simple stay :) Pet cleaning fee of $45, select your pet under "guests", as you book your stay.
