Cozy Villa on Lake Como. The two-story structure was renovated and refurbished in 2021, with the all-window front providing stunning lake views. The spacious terrace is perfect for having a meal al fresco and enjoying the relaxing garden and jacuzzi. The property includes several amenities to ensure an amazing experience: Outdoor barbecue grill, AC in every room (and the covered patio), TVs in the bedrooms and living room, fireplace, private dock for rental boats, washer and dryer, and wifi. The space The modern villa is made up of two floors. The ground level features the main living room and an open-concept kitchen. It also houses one bedroom with a queen bed, custom closets, and a full bathroom with a tiled shower. This level features sliding glass doors with direct access to the balcony and garden/patio. In the second level, you’ll find another bedroom with a queen bed, closets, and another full bathroom with a tiled shower. This bedroom offers a gorgeous, higher-up view of the lake, especially at sunrise and sunset. The outdoor space consists of a covered multi-purpose patio with built-in bench seating and a large table ideal for meals or working outdoors. This space can also be completely closed when the weather is chillier. The rest of the garden features a lawn, sun lounge chairs, as well as an outdoor shower and jacuzzi. On the other end, you’ll find the barbecue grill and another small table. Lastly, the communal garden allows guests to reach the lake for a dip or access a rental boat. Guest access The villa, the garden, the jacuzzi, and the barbecue area are private. You will be the only one accessing them. A private garage is also available to fit one car, though it is not attached to the property. It’s located just 200 meters from it—roughly a 3-minute walk. Guests can temporarily park in front of the property while unloading or loading luggage at check-in or check-out. Other things to note A private dock can accommodate a boat, allowing you to explore Lake Como without moving your car. We can help arrange a boat rental if desired. The jacuzzi is available all year around. We completely change the water after every check-out. During the winter season, it might take some time before the water reaches back the desired temperature, so you may need to wait until evening. Please keep it covered to speed up the process. There is an outdoor security camera located on the exterior of the house, pointing at the entrance of the property, which is also in the same vicinity as the jacuzzi. Please note that this camera is not active when guests are present. There are no cameras inside the property. We provide a courtesy starter pack with products for the bathroom and the kitchen.
