Other things to note VERIFY IDENTITY All bookings require the primary guest to provide their photo ID for verification before access codes are sent. COMMUNICATION IS REQUIRED All guests agree to communicate in a timely manner with the Host & Manager, including but not limited to answering inquiries and questions, and updating on any change in the condition of the home, its use, or changes to the number of guests and pets entering the home. RENTAL AGREEMENT This home requires the signing of a vacation rental agreement after booking the home. SECURITY Security cameras are located at the front door, driveway, and patio entry door. Cameras are on and recording for guest and property security. Guests may not disconnect, cover up, or tamper with the camera systems and may be evicted from the home without a refund immediately. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSITS This property requires a $500 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the Host after reservation booking by pre-authorizing the guest's credit card of choice; cards are not charged upfront. Unfortunately, not everyone treats their vacation home rental like they would their own home, so refundable security deposits are becoming necessary. However, most guests receive a full return of their security deposit within 48 hours of checkout. Please communicate any damages - it goes a long way! Certain types of pets may require an additional refundable deposit. Please inquire before booking. PET FEES This is a dog-friendly home! Pets are an additional $15 plus any tax and applicable fees per day, per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay, and will be collected separately by the Host after reservation booking. Long-term stays may qualify for additional discounts. UNAUTHORIZED PETS Guests with unauthorized pets may have their reservations canceled and be evicted from the property without a refund. Please notify us prior to your stay so that we can make necessary accommodations for your pet and add the pet fees. MID-STAY CLEANINGS - LONG-TERM STAYS Any long-term stay that is made for 21 days or longer will require a mid-stay cleaning. This is required to help keep homes in good working order and sanitary conditions. Mid-stay cleanings will be scheduled at a convenient time for the Guest, and payment will be collected after the reservation booking as an extra service.
