Dolphin Cove is a three bedroom, two bath Gulf front single family home located in a secluded area on South Cape San Blas. Please note this property rents for full weeks during peek season and holidays, Saturday-Saturday Accommodates 8 guests: (2) king bed, (1) queen bed, (1) twin beds, (1) sleeper sofa.  With a great open floor plan, the living room features a sleeper sofa, couch, and flat screen TV. The dining area has a table with seating for four and there are bar stools located at the counter for additional seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything we think you’ll need during your vacation with us. Microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! The master suite has a king size bed and full bath. The guest bedroom has a king, and the other bedroom has a queen and a twin. There is a bathroom conveniently located in the outside hall of the two guest bedrooms. Featured is a large screened porch with outdoor furniture. Downstairs is an enclosed outside shower, fish cleaning station, and covered parking. Located just outside of the house is a boardwalk to the beach.   Take a horseback ride down the beach, or grab your favorite book and sit and listen to the waves roll in on the beautiful beaches of Cape San Blas. Dolphin Cove is the perfect spot for you and your family to come enjoy! The Loggerhead Run Bike Path is an eight mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road, and is great for walking, jogging or biking, and is just down the street from the house.  Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.   Dolphin Cove is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office. This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.
