Modern & Clean, Entire 1400 Sq Ft Home, Paducah

My home in beautiful Paducah is perfect for overnight travelers looking for a very clean, very quiet home that is super economical for groups (can sleep up to 7), or is extremely spacious for single travelers or couples. I can also accommodate extend stays (weeks or months). The space The driveway can park up to 4 vehicles, and parking is also available on the street. The house has vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen, and 9ft ceilings throughout the rest of the house. The living room has a new 65" wall-mounted Roku TV with Netflix, Prime, Hulu, FireTV Stick and Chromecast. You will have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and fenced in back yard with 3-tier deck and brand new paver stone patio. The back deck has an outdoor sectional seating that is covered, with a gas fire pit. The paver patio features a wood-burning fire pit. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled/updated with all new everything. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen table, room in the fridge for your own groceries. I have coffee and tea available in the cabinet above the toaster, and a coffee maker and electric water boiler on the counter. Extra towels and bed sheets are available in the hall closet, as well as in the vanity cabinet of the master bathroom. One bedroom features a king, the other two have queen beds. All bedrooms are carpeted, with ceiling fans and blackout curtains. The master bedroom has an attached master bathroom. It also has a 40+ inch wall-mounted TV in it with Netflix & Prime. Additional dresser or closet space can be found in either of the two guest rooms. The back guest bedroom also has a wall-mounted TV. Your door code will give you access through the front door. Feel free to use the back yard/deck, but please lock all doors and windows, and turn off all lights and fans before leaving. PLEASE READ: I do NOT have a set, standard check-in time. I can accommodate earlier check-ins on Sat/Sun than I can Mon-Fri, and I can do earlier ones on weekdays IF I do NOT have guests checking out the same day you plan to check in IF I'm able to clean the night before your stay. The platform only allows me to pick ONE specific time to set my listing to (regardless of the day of the week), which does not work for me, so my listing is set to FLEXIBLE check-ins. What that seems to mean is that Airbnb will arbitrarily assign 3pm as the check-in time, which is NOT accurate, so do NOT expect to get a 3pm check-in time unless you've personally discussed that with me in advance. Flexible check-in time does NOT mean you will be able to check in whenever you want, NOR does it mean the 3pm they assign. In most cases Mon-Fri it will mean the earliest possible check-in time will be in the 5pm-6pm range. Guest access Access to entire house, except for the garage, and closet in the master bedroom. Other things to note PLEASE READ: This is a pet friendly home. Guests travelling with pets must make sure pets are added to the reservation along with correct number of guests. A pet fee of $25 will be included to all reservations with pets. Being a pet-friendly home, I expect responsible pet owners. This means clean up after your pets in the front/back yards. Wipe paws before entering if there is the potential to track mud/dirt in. Do not let pets on furniture (beds included). Do not let pets scratch at furniture, floors, doors, door frames, etc. Clean up any pet accidents inside the house. Any urine/fecal stains found on carpets or rugs will result in an additional cleaning fee of $120 to be charged to guests, which is what it costs to have them steam cleaned. Any urine stains found on bedspreads will result in additional cleaning fee of $50 to cover time and cost of laundry services. It is always recommended to walk pets in the neighborhood before taking them into the house, and to keep a close eye on any pets that as the owner you know they have the urge to "mark" areas when they are in areas where other dogs have been.
