Our villa is a former Norman barn and completely restored and refurbished with high-end amenities. It is located 12 km from Veulettes-sur-Mer beach. This place is perfect for groups. From April to December, swim in our heated indoor pool, ideal for relaxing whatever the weather. Comfortable living areas: - Bedrooms: Three double bedrooms for adults with two full bathrooms and a separate toilet. Two additional bedrooms are furnished for children, one of which is equipped with a desk. An additional toilet is available on the ground floor for added convenience. - Living and dining room: Enjoy a warm atmosphere thanks to the functional fireplace during the autumn and winter months. - Summer lounge: A large unheated space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny days. - The house is heated by the floor to a temperature of 19 degrees (more on request), ensuring comfort during the colder months. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the 3 technical rooms in the basement, the independent garage and the technical room of the pool. The garage – covered – located in the basement of the house is available. Other things to note - As the house is located in a quiet area, noisy parties and events are not allowed in order to respect the neighborhood - From 2025, the pool will be heated between April and the end of December - Guests are not allowed - The pool and garden require regular maintenance, some service providers may be required to intervene during the stay, you will be informed in advance.
