Our **newly refinished** spacious and luxurious vacation home, located on a wooded lot in a peaceful neighborhood. The space As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a bright and modern living room, featuring comfortable seating and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Whether you prefer cooking indoors or grilling outside on the Blackstone griddle, our home has got you covered. If you're looking for some entertainment, head into the arcade room where you'll find many classic games, air hockey table, and foosball, all set to free play! If you prefer a larger group activity, grab a board game off the shelf or head outside and play a yard game out of the deck box. As the evening cools down, gather around the fire pit and roast some marshmallows while sharing stories and making memories. Alternatively, soak away your worries and stresses as you relax in the hot tub surrounded by tall trees. It's the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the town or hiking in the nearby mountains of Shenandoah National Park. When you are ready for bed, drift off to sleep in one of our large, plush beds that are perfect for sinking into after a long day. For those who are still awake, each room is equipped with a large 4k Roku TV. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and arcade, except for the basement and one closet in the primary bedroom. Other things to note Our home is ideal for many uses. A retreat for families or friends looking for a relaxing getaway, wedding groups, honeymoon, remote work, wine/brewery weekends, Hiking trips, Washington D.C. trips, fall leaf viewing, and more! The arcade games are free to use during your stay, they are set to free play! Our home is conveniently located just outside the town of Culpeper, giving you a countryside feel yet close to all amenities. 7 minutes to the Historic Downtown of Culpeper. Minutes to multiple wineries and breweries. Minutes to multiple historic sites. 38 minutes to Shenandoah National Park with Skyline Drive and plenty of hiking spots. 50 minutes to Luray Caverns. 1 hour to Washington D.C. and multiple airports. Arcade: No particular game title will be guaranteed to be available or in working order in the game room. Games will be rotated over time. Supervise children to ensure they are respecting the games. Note: As we are located in a wooded area, you should expect to see critters and bugs. You may even see ladybugs and similar harmless bugs inside the home, especially in the spring and fall. We do our best to keep these at bay, however any pests that do show up are not the fault of the owner and will not result in a refund. These bugs can be vacuumed up using the vacuum cleaner or carried outside by hand. Do not crush the bugs. We use a Ring Doorbell camera at the front door, and Ring spotlight cameras above the garage/driveway, above the locked garage exterior side door, and above the locked basement exterior walk-out door. Ring cameras are activated by motion and will record video and audio of anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that the house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time 24/7 and record video and audio. Use the Hot Tub at your own risk. Follow all posted signs. Supervise children at all times. Do not bring food or glass into the hot tub. We are not responsible for any belongings left behind by guests.
