The Cronk Farmhouse is a beautifully designed retreat, where no detail has been overlooked and is perfect for your next getaway in the heart of The County. The farmhouse is perfect for a family vacation or a group getaway. Each of the 4 bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, featuring soft linens and comfortable mattresses. Enjoy cooking a delicious meal meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, or settling in for a movie night in the lounge area. This stunning and spacious home with an open-plan layout offers all the comforts you need for an amazing stay and the perfect place for spending time together with family and friends. Step outside and you'll find plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, from a spacious lawn for games and activities, to a relaxing patio area for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails, plus a pool that will make you feel like you at a 5-star resort. Please note that the home has 2 additional queen beds in bedrooms. The cleaning fee includes linens for 4 beds. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the 6th bed. STA License #: STA 2023-0012 A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in. This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property. Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in. Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit. Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
