It is built on a hill, though, so it does require steps down to the house and more steps down to the decks and lake. This space is no smoking and no pets. Due to the steepness of the inside stairs and the number of stairs to/from the house and lake, we don’t recommend this space for toddlers, young children or elderly. Guest access Guests access this home by a door code on the front door. Once inside, the decks can also be accessed through the downstairs slider. Guests can access all of the finished parts of the house plus use the washer dryer in the unfinished part of the basement. Other things to note When arriving, go almost to the end of the road on Lake Shore Blvd and look for a square wooden arch on the right (5th house from the end of the street). There are 3 parking spots at the top of the hill to the left of the arch, near the garbage cans. Park there and walk down the steps to the home. It will feel like you are walking down into a tree house! Motion sensor lights will illuminate your path if you arrive after dark.
