Family friendly home Saltburn with Seaview

Welcome to Skelton Seaview. The house is a traditional terrace with beautiful views of the coast- and that all important Seaview! Based in Skelton, we are just south of well-known Saltburn, with its beach just 5 minutes’ drive away! The holiday home is perfect for families wanting to enjoy a staycation or couples who wish to explore the local beauty such as the stunning coastlines and verdant Yorkshire Moors. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space You will have the entire house to yourself. We have tried to create a home from home for you. Throughout the house you find images created by local artists promoting the beauty of North Yorkshire. The living and dining room have been decorated to create a cozy yet stylish atmosphere, using quality mid-century furniture and styling. The living room has a smart TV (to access all your streaming platforms iPlayer, Netflix etc.) and there is Superfast Fibre Broadband throughout the house, for streaming, working or playing. Guest access Guests have access to all of the house and outside yard area with seating. We offer a stress-free flexible check in and out system. Check in from any time after 2pm on the first day and check out before 10am on departure. If you need to check out later, please let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. The keys are accessed via the Lock box Other things to note We are a family with young children who love the North Yorkshire coast, and we want to pass our love and property onto likeminded couples, families and small groups, to share this hidden gem of an area and spread the word! The house is on a typical residential street- please be respectful of the neighbours and avoid loud noise after 9pm. They have been on the street for many years and are lovely people.
