The space The perfect abode for a large family will comfortably accommodate 9 guests. Unlimited hi-speed wifi, 2 smart tv’s, books and board games for the family. All bedrooms have air conditioning units to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. All linen and towels are provided for your stay. Having transitioned to a work from anywhere world, the 2 well presented work spaces give you the option to keep a pulse on your business while sneaking in a stroll to beach for an espresso between meetings. Downstairs: Living space 1: Large rumpus room with 3x 3-seater sofa’s, smart tv Living space 2: Family room with 3.5 seater sofa, smart tv and indoor gas fire place Kitchen: A well equipped kitchen with 5 burner gas top stove, oven, toaster, kettle, air fryer, microwave, blender, pod coffee machine Laundry: Washing machine & dryer & clothes airer Dining: large 8 seater dining table Outdoor: outdoor dining area with bbq, and 8 seater dining We also provide a portacot (BYO cot linen) and a highchair, please let us know in advance so it can be set up for you. You will not have garage access but there is a enough parking for 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of on-street parking. No parties, no smoking inside the house allowed. We are pet friendly, please let us know about your pet at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. A ‘What to do whilst in Torquay’ list will also be provided at the property with recommendations of restaurants, cafes, wineries, breweries, chocolaterie, spa scenic drives, beaches and short distance scenic trips. Other things to note Discounts for long stays (7 nights, 28 nights etc) Bed Usage: The property features 4 beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, and a Bunk Bed (Double below, Single above). Our rates are based on two guests sharing each bed (except the Single). For groups under 9 guests, not all beds will be prepared. If you’d prefer separate beds, please notify us in advance. A $60 fee per additional bed applies to cover professional linen services, ensuring transparency and flexibility.
