The property behind #holidayhousenoosa was recently demolished and will be rebuilt this year (2025) so there may be building work at different times this year and we have reduced our prices to take account of this happening. Our local council prohibits building work from 6:30pm to 6:30am Monday to Saturday, and any time on any other day. The upstairs and main living and dining areas downstairs are both air conditioned. For guest convenience, all bedding and linen including bath and pool towels are provided. GUEST CONTACT AND INTERACTION Living close by, we will be in contact with you throughout the enquiry and booking process, and can also be contacted during your stay to assist with any enquiries. If required, we can provide extra cleaning or linen services during your stay for an additional cost. We have a wonderful team of small and local businesses including a housekeeper, cleaners, gardeners, pool contractors and handymen, to make sure you have a wonderful stay and to assist if something does go wrong. *** In the event something is damaged, broken or not as you would expect, please contact us immediately via phone or email. We would rather know about it straight away so that we can attempt to fix the problem and you can enjoy your holiday *** The driveway access is quite steep so some low-set vehicles may not be able to access the driveway but there is street parking directly in front of our home for a maximum of two cars. Our home is full of wonderful memories of great people and fun times, and we hope it will be the same for all of our guests. Other things to note The driveway to the garage is quite steep so some low set cars may have difficulty accessing the garage. It can also be difficult for people with mobility issues to get up to our home. If you do need to park on the street, you will need to park your vehicle directly in front of our house and not in front of our neighbours’ homes. There should be no more than two vehicles parked directly in front of our home at any time and to be legally parked, you must have all wheels on the road and none on the kerbside to comply with local council requirements. There are steps up to our home from the garage and an internal flight of stairs to access the second level. One bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower level. All guests must comply with the Noosa Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour which is available at our home.
