It has a king sized bed in the primary room, a queen sized bed in one room, 2 double beds in another guest room and a bunk bed with double beds in the final bedroom. From the lanai you'll have breathtaking views and plentiful sunshine for idyllic days by the pool or soaking in the spa. The boat location is fantastic. The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Matlacha Isles which offers quick access to Gasparilla Island, Cayo Costa and North Captiva Island. it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!
