The space If you're looking for the perfect remote lake getaway, look no further! This brand new lake home has all the lake essentials. Lake access & views, with plenty of space inside and out for family, friends AND fur babies! Inside the home you'll find 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a game room with shuffleboard and other games. Outside there's a large wrap around deck with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, charcoal grill hot tub and access to the lake. There can be unforeseen maintenance or damage from a previous guest that requires us to temporarily close the hot tub. The hot tub being closed will not result in a qualifying cancellation/refund. **If additional cleaning is needed after your stay, the additional cleaning charge will be forwarded & requested from you. **This is a non-smoking property-any evidence of smoking at the property will result in an additional fee Guest access Access to the entire home. Specific instructions are given before check-in. Please be mindful of the other PERMANENT residents who live in the subdivision and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm. Other things to note * No dock access. Docks are private property and renters are not allowed on the dock per the Army Core of Engineers at Nolin Lake. * Guests can enjoy the lake via the public access entrance on the left at the bottom of the trailhead. Many of our guests use the nearby Wax Marina for even more variety of lake activities. * Firewood for the fire pit is the guests responsibility. Please do not use neighboring properties' firewood. * Paddleboards and fishing poles are available for rent once you arrive at the property. * A pack n' play is available for families to use for small travelers. * Security cameras on the premises for the protection of our guests, neighbors and property. * This is a brand new neighborhood and the lake path is still under construction. We suggest wearing tennis shoes or other shoes with good traction to make your walk easier. *In the case of inclement weather, such as heavy snowfall, it is recommended to arrive in a vehicle with 4-wheel drive. * This is a remote lake house in rural Kentucky and is perfect for people looking to unplug and get away from the bustle of life.
