Because our team prepares each home with care between guests, early check-ins depend on same-day departure timing and staff availability. Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Early Check-In Availability: (based on scheduling, not guaranteed) Rate: $65 per hour prior to the standard 4:00 PM check-in Example: ✵ 3:00 PM check-in = $65 ✵ 2:00 PM check-in = $130 ✵ 1:00 PM check-in = $195 All early check-in requests are subject to the current cleaning schedule and must be verified and confirmed by our team via message before being approved. The fee will be fully refunded if there are no damages or cleanliness issues after the event. Please note that overnight occupancy is limited to 8 guests, in accordance with the home’s official capacity. 🐾 Pet Policy This home allows up to 3 pets per stay. All pets must be included in the reservation guest count. Pet fees apply. 🔍 Lost & Found Policy: If any personal items are left behind, we’re happy to help return them. A $60 fee applies to cover handling, processing, and shipping costs through our cleaning team.
