Hot tub home 20 minutes from Niagara Falls

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful entire private house. A cape cod with 5 sleeping areas. The downstairs features a cozy queen bedroom, a full bathroom, spacious living room with a futon bed, a dining area, and a small sports bar. The Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, pots, utensils and more. Upstairs is a huge king open style loft, and two additional folding queen mattresses, and a second full bath. Additionally, an outdoor relaxing hot-tub and seating when weather permits. Other things to note Laundry available per request, please message host about it. Absolutely no smoking inside, $200 fee will apply. No rescheduling allowed within cancellation period. Do not go into the basement please.
