Green Bay/Door County Waterfront 3BR Hot Tub

Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup. The space The interior of this house has been completely remodeled and all appliances are full sized. There are 2 king beds 1 Queen and bunk beds provide an additional 3 twins and 1 full size beds. The Kings and Queen all have adjustable headrests. The kitchen is stocked with the basics...pots, pans and silverware and plates for up to 12. Be sure to check out our coffee station with a Keurig Coffee and Expresso maker. The refrigerator is massive. We have recently added a larger Monarch Grill. House has wifi, Dish Network an 55, 50 and 42 inch tvs along with a desktop computer and pop up laptop shelf end table. There are several board games as well as puzzles. In 2024 The old stone cottage was remodeled and provides additional space for gathering and entertainment. Amazing woodwork throughout and a new hot tub await you. Guest access You have access to the entire property. the washer and dryer are free and located in the lower bathroom Other things to note Please no exceeding the 12 person limit for a prolonged time. There is direct walk in access to the water. Occasionally if the water level is down there will be a small beach. The house does have well water with a higher iron content. There are two water coolers with water provided. We do recommend water shoes if you go swimming. There are several rocks close to shore large enough to sit on. Please note there is a leash law that the neighbor will have enforced, there is also a noise law he will have enforced and he will also tell you to get off his lawn. Please clean up any messes and restrict your animals to the yard. Our neighbor to the north do have a security camera pointed along the fence line and pointed to at our back yard. Please also note the old stone cottage walls. are 18.5 inches think and it may cause wifi to be spotty the hot tub us filled with well water and not may not be perfectly clear. it us changed every two weeks or sooner. On occasion it may appear a bit cloudy but it is tested and within parameters. The bottom bedroom is through the garage room. there is a garage door opener.
