This 19th century Victorian is big on charm, featuring beautiful period details, cozy Dutch inspired design, and modern amenities. Located in downtown Carlton, you’re just steps from restaurants and tasting rooms and a short drive to all the wineries the Willamette Valley has to offer. The space OVERVIEW Built in 1887, the house is one of the oldest in Carlton and features beautiful period details. The quintessential Victorian side porch is the perfect spot to take your morning coffee and plan your day of wine tastings. The house has two stories, with one bedroom on each floor and the bathroom on the ground level (*please be advised that the stairs to reach the second story are quite steep and may not be suited for those with mobility issues*). There is a secondary living room off of the kitchen with a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee and tea station plus all the essentials for cooking. A washer and dryer is available on the property for guest use. Guests also have access to the front yard and a spacious fully-fenced back yard with fire pit. The stairs are carpeted but may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Guest access You will have access to the entire home during your stay. Other things to note We are a pet friendly property and want to make sure that your canine companion is comfortable in their temporary home. If you are traveling with a dog - or two - please let us know so that we can provide you with bowls and bedding. You and your pup will have access to the large, fully fenced backyard. We do require a $50 pet fee per dog per stay and kindly ask that you keep your pet off of the furniture. **Please note that we cannot accommodate pets other than dogs, including cats, due to allergies.**
