The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Cervione, this charming apartment with sight sea without opposite, of a surface of 62 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the raised first floor, it is composed of a pretty living room of 25 m ² (with decorative fireplace), of a dining room, of a kitchen equipped, of two beautiful rooms and two shower-rooms. We are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room being also a night space of 25 m² with fireplace (decorative) and sofa bed. - A dining room with a TV. - A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter... - Bedroom: a double bed (140×190). - Two bathrooms with shower and one with WC. - Separate toilet. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - The fireplace is decorative. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge.
