The space This is a spacious family home ideal for two couples and up to two kids, just across the road from Fontane Bianche's sandy beaches. It's equipped for year round living, but is especially idyllic in the Summer months. Our house is the oldest in the village and has been entirely restored. French doors flood the kitchen and dining room with natural light, providing sea views over the patio and lawn. There are two spacious double bedrooms overlooking the back garden, along with a versatile single room that can accommodate one or two single beds, making it ideal for children or teenagers as needed. Two bathrooms have showers, the third has a bathtub. The study contains a desk, a small sofa and plenty of books to browse. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, a flat screen television and a modern log fireplace that powers the central heating. Outside, the patio is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and awnings for shade. A light sea breeze makes it ideal for outdoor dining. Kids will enjoy the large garden, which has both a front and back lawn, and numerous fruit trees. The barbecue has a large marble worktop and sink. A separate laundry room in the back garden has an extra shower, handy after a day at the beach. There is private parking for two cars in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. Guest access You will be welcomed at the property by our representative Biagio who will hand over the keys and show you around. Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm, although given adequate notice we try our best to be flexible. Other things to note Please be aware that in August, Fontane Bianche fills up with holiday-makers and the weekends can sometimes be noisy. From late September until about May some local restaurants choose to close or open only in the evenings or at weekends, in which case nearby Cassibile is your best bet for dining out.
