With all its amenities, you’ll automatically feel right at home. The house is fully air-conditioned with high-speed WIFI, fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo provided. Living Room Walk into the expansive/open living room with large panoramic windows that look out to an outdoor patio and view of Duck Lake. It features: -Cozy sofa bed with wonderful lake views to curl up on in the early morning and enjoyed that first cup of coffee. -65 inch smart TV with Roku to watch your favorite channels. -Bluetooth Speaker allowing you to share your Summer playlist and favorite songs. -A Variety of Board Games (i.e., Monopoly, Scrabble, Risk, etc.) Kitchen & Dining The living room opens up into the gourmet kitchen and dining area, where you can enjoy a quiet dinner cooked at home or delivered from one of our many famous neighborhood restaurants. The kitchen and dining area feature: -Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home – cookware, tableware, and utensils are included. -Dining table with seating for 8 people -Keurig Coffee Maker & 2 Coffee Pots. Coffee is included in welcome package. Bedrooms/Bathrooms After a day soaking up the sun on the water and exploring Traverse City, soak in the bathtub fall asleep in one of the many comfortable themed bedrooms within the home. Clean sheets, blankets, and towels will be provided before arrival. The home is thoroughly cleaned by an experienced vacation rental cleaning crew after every check-out; you can expect to find a spotless home on your arrival. Guest access The guests have access to the entire home and provided amenities. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note Memorial Weekend Available for a Minimum 3 Night Stay.
