We can't wait to welcome you so that you can Experience Edmonds! The space This is a townhome which shares walls on either side. Please keep in mind that sharing walls means you may hear your neighbors and they may hear you. On the first level you will find an open concept living/dining room and very spacious kitchen. Upper level has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with tub/shower combo, double sink vanity, and washer/dryer. Please know that they curtains in the townhouse are light/sheer, so you will have ambient light/sunlight coming in. Other things to note Free parking on the street right outside of the complex will be easy to find. You will be given 1 parking pass to use during your stay. DO NOT park in the complex garage, this will result in being towed. Street parking near the condo should be easy to find. You will be provided with 1 parking pass that you may put on your dashboard. This pass will allow you to keep your car parked in the same spot on the street for up to 72 hours. THIS PARKING PASS MUST BE RETURNED AT CHECK-OUT, (IF YOU FAIL TO LEAVE THE PARKING PASSES IN THE HOME UPON CHECK OUT A $100 FEE WILL BE CHARGED.) Please feel free to adjust the temperature of the home to your liking using ONLY the thermostat in the main living space on the first level. Use of the thermostats in the bedrooms is not allowed, as the wall registers are blocked and would cause a fire-hazard. There are strictly enforced Quiet Hours for the townhouse complex: 10PM-7AM. Please be courteous and quiet during these hours. Remember that you will be sharing walls with neighbors, so keep in mind that you may hear them and they may hear you, your courteously is appreciated. This complex is a non-smoking complex. No smoking or vaping of any kind may be done inside the home OR anywhere outside the home on the property (including the stairs, courtyard and parking garage are.)
