Villa Maresme offers idyllic accommodation less than 25 minutes from the heart of Barcelona and just 2 km from beautiful beaches. This exquisite 8-bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms, is an ideal destination for holidays and retreats. Built in 1920, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests, perfect for large families or groups of friends. The expansive enclosed garden and private pool offer a safe and fun environment for children to play, while adults can relax and soak up the sun. The space Villa Maresme is a typical Catalan Villa which is constructed in 1920. With it’s 650m2 living area it is spacious, light and comfortable, decorated with a mix of modern and antique furniture where you feel at home from the moment of entering. Distributed on three floors, the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, 2 big fridge-freezers, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining room, living room with fireplace, television and sofas, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find 5 double bedrooms. On the second floor there are 2 large family rooms. Villa Maresme has a large fenced garden of 2900 m2 distributed in four areas; an ornamental area at the entrance (typical of the early 20th century) with benches, a relaxing area where the swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) and patio is located, a barbecue area and and a fourth area designated to games (badminton, volleyball, soccer, lawn bowling, etc.). Guest access The whole house.....it's all yours. Other things to note Dear guest, Villa Maresme exhibits artwork created by local artists. By accepting this rental agreement, you acknowledge and agree that any costs associated with damaged or missing artwork during your stay will be your responsibility. It is not allowed to play loud music. In case of serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to cancel the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay and/or security deposit. Neighbors might call the police if their rest is disturbed. If they come for this reason you will receive a fine of €300 and we, Villa Maresme SL, will receive a fine of €1000 whose payment we will demand from you.
