Opportunity to work from anywhere, we have provided high speed internet and an office desk to accommodate professionals. Additionally, installed hardwood floor in main living area and bedrooms. The space -Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided. -2nd bedroom is king size bed with 2 twins pushed together. -No elevator. (6 steps then a landing, 6 steps and another landing, 6 steps and another landing, then 6 more steps). -Parking for 1 car, guest parking is first come, first serve. -Most of the other units are full time owners, so please be respectful. This is not a party house. Property Highlights: Stay for a week or a month (same price) and live like a local at our newly renovated condo. -Spacious floorplan at 1110 sq. ft. -Located on the 3rd floor with backdrop type views of the Intracoastal. You will be changing your social media profile pictures to this background, trust us. -1 block (5 minutes) from the beach. -Chef's kitchen with newly upgraded features including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. -Each bedroom has king beds, a rare find and perfect for 2 couples. -Master bedroom with water view and balcony access. -Wi-fi, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, and cooler. -Pack and play and high chair available upon request. -Common area has an outdoor shower and grill. Other things to note During the prime-season (January through April), we require a minimum of a three-month rental. Other times, the rental minimum is one month.
