Welcome to our newly renovated beach getaway nestled in the lovely community of Heron Bay. Hit the beach in the morning with your littles, then relax at the community pool in the afternoon. With perfect placement, just 20 minutes to Lewes Beach, Rehoboth Beach, or Long Neck (traffic depending), you can enjoy the laid back atmosphere of our peaceful neighborhood, while being a short drive to the action. This spacious three bedroom, two bath home would be perfect for two young families with small children, or even a few teens. Are your friends too busy? Bring the grandparents, and the dog for even more fun! The primary bedroom is located on one side of the house, offering a king-size bed, brand new Nectar mattress, and Vizio Smart-TV. There's also a large closet for storage. Giving the primary bedroom privacy, the other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Bedroom #2 offers a brand new Queen Size Chime mattress, as well as a Vizio Smart-TV. Included in the closet is a pack 'n play, full size rolling Chico high-chair, and portable booster seat. Bedroom #3 offers two bunk beds with full size mattresses on the bottom, and twins on the top. All bunk beds have brand new Juniper Kids Mattresses (hypoallergenic & latex free). The closet offers plenty of toys, and books for infants to ten years old. Head into the family room featuring a 65" Vizio Smart-TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Feel free to setup the puzzle table on rainy days for some added entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities. This includes plates, cups, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, etc. With a nicely sized pantry, and plenty of open cabinet space, you should never have the issue of not enough space. The property is .66 of an acre, with the peaceful backyard fully enclosed by a fence. The patio offers plenty of seating, as well as outdoor lighting. There's a small outdoor shed with brand new beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella for your use during your stay. ** NO LINENS PROVIDED ** However, we provide dishwashing detergent, dishwasher fluid, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies just in case you have a spill. We also provide a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a roll of paper towels to get you started. We offer beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for the beach. For children, we have a Chicco Highchair, Graco Pack 'n Play, booster dining seat, and an entire closet full of toys for kids 10 and under. For our furry friends, there's an extra large dog crate available. For rainy days, enjoy the puzzle table, and many puzzles we offer, as well as additional table seating, if needed. **Guests must be at least 25 years old to book** Driver's license will be requested upon reservation to confirm primary guest's age. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, yard, and driveway, with the exception of the owner's locked closets. Guests will have full access to the clubhouse, offering a resort sized swimming pool, children's playground, basketball court, tennis/pickle ball court, bocce court and a horse shoe area. A walking path surrounds the amenity area for outdoor exercise. Other things to note Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens. Only registered guests on the property. No additional guests to be added after booking, without prior approval. We ask that you use the driveway for parking. Please be respectful of our home, as well as our neighbors. Please be aware that we have our grass cut once a week. While there's nothing for you to do to prepare, we just want to keep our guests informed.
